Duties and Responsibilities

· Perform financial analysis and reporting to management as needed.

· Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial

· Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries.

· Handle accounts transactions i.e payable and accounts receivable and expense report accurately.

· Supervise and participate in preparation of financial reports and statements to director for review.

· Analyse financial discrepancies and recommend effective resolutions.

· Monitor expenditures, analyse revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.

· Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely fashion.

· Directs, conduct, and /or participates in budget preparation and cost variance analysis for assigned accounts.

· Assist in auditing activities by coordinating and preparing of the external audit materials and external financial reporting.

Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.

· Establish system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.

· Responsible for all statutory compliance reporting

· Manages the deployment and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property and other related procedures and controls

Computer Skills: Knowledge of QuickBooks Online Accounting software; Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Excel; Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge on Management systems; and Payroll systems.


A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

CPA, ACCA or an equivalent international qualification.

Minimum of 4 years’ the same or equivalent field
